Event Overview

The Swansea 10 Miler offers two race distances: a 10-mile event and a 5-mile event. Both routes take place on the Swansea Promenade, described as fast and flat.

Participant Information

Participants are asked to keep to the left-hand side of the path where possible and to respect other path users. The start is near The Secret Bar & Kitchen, with plenty of parking available in the surrounding area (charges may apply). The 10-mile race is open to entrants aged 18 and over, and the 5-mile race is open to those aged 16 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
