Swansea 10 Miler
The Swansea 10 Miler returns for 2026, featuring two distinct distance options on the coastal paths of Wales. Participants can choose between two race lengths:
- 10 miles
- 5 miles
The course is located along the Swansea Promenade, characterized by its flat and fast terrain. Both routes utilize the public promenade, and participants must keep to the left side of the path to maintain space for other public users. The race begins in the vicinity of The Secret Bar and Kitchen.
The event provides full chip timing for all participants. The routes are fully marked and supported by event marshals. Water stations are positioned along the course to provide hydration during the race.
Each participant who completes their chosen distance receives a finisher medal. Facilities are available on-site, and an award ceremony takes place following the conclusion of the races. For logistics, parking is available in the surrounding area of the start line, though parking charges may apply. Entry requirements specify that participants for the 10 mile distance must be 18 years or older by the end of 2026, while the 5 mile distance is open to those 16 years and older.
