Aberavon Super Sprint Triathlon
The Aberavon Super Sprint Triathlon is scheduled for 5 April 2026 at Aberavon Leisure & Fitness Centre, The Princess Margaret Way, Port Talbot SA12 6QW. The event status is closed and total places were limited to 100.
The race format comprises three short stages:
- 400 m pool swim
- 10 km flat bike course on open roads
- 3 km run along Aberavon Beach
The event is intended for people new to triathlon and for those returning after winter. There will be no disqualifications for participants who do not complete the entire race. Every entrant receives a T-Shirt and a medal, and volunteers are also offered a T-Shirt. Participants must be aged 15 or over to enter.
Entry information published for the event included an entry fee of £45 until 25 March 2026 23:59 and a sign-up service fee of 4 percent (minimum 50p). A British Triathlon Race Pass is required for participants who are not British Triathlon Home Nation members; for this event the Race Pass cost was listed as £2.00 plus a £0.08 service charge for those aged 24 and under, and £8.00 plus a £0.32 service charge for others.
