Vale Coastal Races

The Vale Coastal Races, held along the stunning Vale of Glamorgan coastline in Wales, offer three trail running distances: a 32.5-mile ultra, an 18.5-mile "mini ultra," and a 10-mile race. The ultra race follows a linear route from Penarth Pier to Ogmore-by-sea, hugging clifftops and passing 19 beaches, including the dramatic Glamorgan Heritage Coast with its cliffs, rock formations, and coves. The shorter races start at Porthkerry Park and Llantwit Major Beach, joining the ultra route along the coast path.
