Swaledale Marathon
The Swaledale Marathon is a navigational fell run and challenge walk held on 13 June 2026. The course covers approximately 24 mile through Swaledale scenery and must be completed within 10 hour. Competitors are expected to navigate the route themselves.
The event is organised by Swaledale Outdoor Club and has been held since 1979. The stated venue is Fremington Sunday School, Reeth, DL11 6AR. The minimum age on the day is 14. Anyone aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult for the entire route. No dogs are allowed.
