Event Overview
Tough Mutter is an obstacle course race designed for dog owners to participate with their pets. It offers two distances: a 5 km course with at least 38 obstacles and a 10 km course with at least 53 obstacles. Each obstacle is marked to indicate whether it can be attempted with a dog, or if the dog must be secured at a tie-up point while the human participant completes it.
Course Details
The event takes place on the Aske estate near Richmond, North Yorkshire. The off-road routes go through varied terrain including marsh, bog, woodland, and rough hilly ground, as well as tracks and fields.
