Suwanee Half Marathon
The event in Suwanee, Georgia includes a half marathon, a 10k and an Old Town 5k held on 02/14/27. The races route runners through Suwanee Town Center, local parks and greenways, and along a boardwalk. The half marathon course is USATF certified GA19018DJ; a backup course is noted as not certified if the greenway is flooded.
The half marathon route passes by City Hall, goes up and down PIB, through George Pierce Park, along the greenway to McGinnis Ferry and to Suwanee Creek Park before returning on the boardwalk to City Hall. The 10k and 5k start at the same location and follow separate mapped routes that include the greenway and Old Town Suwanee streets, with the 5k turning around near the water tower.
Race services include pacers for multiple target finish times, aid stations and portable bathrooms mapped for each distance, and on-course support. Awards are given to top overall and age-group finishers across all distances; the 10k and 5k also include master categories. All participants receive a custom short sleeve shirt; the half marathon finishers are eligible for a special blanket that is capped at 300 guaranteed items.
