Sunrise Trails at Luskville Falls : September 13, 2026
Sunrise Trails meets monthly on Sunday. This session takes place on September 13, 2026 at Luskville Falls Trail in Gatineau Park, organized by Ottawa Free Fitness. The event is free and will take place rain or shine. Dogs are not permitted on the trails. There is free parking at the Luskville Falls parking lot.
Available distances:
- 10 km trail run at a comfortable pace
- 6 km hike
- Shorter and longer distances available
The route explores the south‑western edge of Gatineau Park and climbs the Eardley Escarpment with approximately 300 metres of elevation gain. Trails include steep, rocky sections, two lookouts and a fire tower at the top.
Recommended items include a hydration pack, healthy snacks and appropriate trail footwear. A change of socks and shoes is suggested for after the activity. Post-adventure breakfast beverages will be available on site. Registration is free and participation requires acceptance of the Eventbrite waiver and associated risk release.
