About the race
Courons Gatineau is a road running event organized by Gatineau Loppet with the slogan "D’une rivière à l’autre." The event is held in September in the Quai-des-Cageux sector on rue Jacques-Cartier in Gatineau, with the start and finish located at 930 rue Jacques-Cartier.

The event holds a sanction from Athlétisme Québec (Sanction OR Athlétisme Québec) and includes on-site animation and a festive program along rue Jacques-Cartier and nearby bars and restaurants. Organizers encourage the use of public transit and active travel because on-site parking is limited and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with the event.
Transport and site access information includes a nearby bus stop served by line 67 at the intersection of boulevard Gréber and rue Jacques-Cartier, a supervised bicycle check located on the ruelle du Como near the start and finish, and a parking area in parc de la Baie accessed via 93 rue de la Baie.
