About the race
The Relentless Trail Race Weekend is held at The Ark in Denholm, Quebec, in the Gatineau Hills. The event offers multiple race distances from 3K to 50 miles across a mix of technical single-track, gravel roads, and sections of the Trans Canada Trail. The 21K, 30K, 50K and 50‑mile distances are recognized by ITRA and listed on the UTMB Index.
Course terrain includes twisty single-track with roots and rocks, sustained elevation gain and descents, and a private lake viewpoint near a summit followed by mostly downhill running. Some longer options combine road or gravel approaches with trail loops, including a shuttle segment that returns along the Trans Canada Trail.
The event lists practical on-course and on-site features such as aid stations, course markers, finisher medals, a meal and hot beverages, a post-race barbecue and a campfire hangout, free parking and companion admission, and a pre-race orientation. The organizers note peak fall colours in the Gatineau Hills and that there are no cutoff times on the courses.
