Summer's Done 13.1
Summer's Done 13.1 takes place on August 22, 2026 at Bond Park in Cary, NC. The event is organized by Fit & Able and offers both in-person and virtual participation across multiple distance options. The site notes medals and a participant gift for finishers of the main distances when registered by August 9; shirts are available separately.
Distances offered include:
- 1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles) in-person and virtual
- 3/8 Marathon (9.825 miles) in-person and virtual
- 1/4 Marathon (6.55 miles) in-person and virtual
- 1/8 Marathon (3.275 miles) in-person and virtual
Additional event elements include a Kids in Strollers category for ages 4 and under, exhibitor spaces, and a RaceJoy mobile experience that provides live GPS tracking, progress alerts, and send a cheer features for remote spectators. The event lists over $8,500 in potential in-person and virtual awards across overall, age group, special categories, and new course record prizes. A $10 gift code is available for setting a new course record.
The Summer Series 26.2 bundle combines two 13.1 races to produce a combined 26.2 finish time and extra awards; a larger series option combines five 13.1 races for additional recognition.
