Summer's Done Half Marathon

Summer's Done 13.1 is organized by Fit & Able and takes place in Cary, North Carolina at Fred G. Bond Metro Park (801 High House Rd.). The event includes both in-person and virtual options and is part of the Fit & Able race series. Fit & Able Productions is a nonprofit that supports community and family fitness in Cary.

Race formats and entries

• 1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles) - in-person and virtual
• 3/8 Marathon (9.825 miles) - in-person and virtual
• 1/4 Marathon (6.55 miles) - in-person and virtual
• 1/8 Marathon (3.275 miles) - in-person and virtual

Additional event options include a Kids in Strollers entry (open to ages 4 and under) and an Exhibitor registration.

Finisher medals and a gift are included for all 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 participants; this is guaranteed for registrations completed by August 9. The event offers a Summer Series 26.2 bundle that combines finish times from two half-marathon events to produce a combined 26.2 finish time and provides an extra set of awards and a 10% bundle discount. RaceJoy is provided as part of the official experience with live GPS tracking, progress alerts, send-a-cheer, and virtual results for virtual events.
