Stride Along the Tide 5K
Stride Along the Tide is a 5K run and walk held on Saturday May 9, 2026 at Nahant Lowlands Park in Nahant, MA. The event is presented by the Demakes Family YMCA as part of the YMCA of Metro North road race series. It takes place along the Nahant coastline and is described as family friendly.
