Event overview
The Storehouse Stride is scheduled for April 18, 2026, at Gateway Park in Fort Worth, TX. The event features a single distance of 5K (3.1 miles) on a flat, scenic out-and-back route along tree-lined paths. Participants may walk, jog, or race. Race details
The course is paved and uses ramps to access sidewalks and paths, providing accessibility for participants with mobility needs. Chip timing is used and results will be posted the same day. The course includes one water stop at the turnaround point that provides cups of water and fruit. A medical team will be onsite for minor emergencies. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to top finishers in age groups 5–12, 13–16, 17–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+.
Logistics
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race and on race day. Free parking is available at the venue. Registration fees vary by date, with tiered pricing and a March 31 deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt in the requested size. Registration includes a t-shirt, bib, timing chip, medal, and post-race refreshments. Strollers are permitted when starting toward the back; pets are not allowed except for certified service animals.
