Packet pickup is scheduled on the days before the race at Bear Creek Running Company (121 Rufe Snow Dr, Unit 103, Keller, TX) and on race morning at Keller Town Hall (1100 Bear Creek Parkway). The event partners with Community Storehouse as a beneficiary and requests 2-3 non-perishable food items on race day; the page notes food insecurity rates of 20% in Keller ISD and 25% in Northwest ISD.
Registered participants receive a unisex long sleeve race shirt (including children’s sizes) and a finisher medal. Awards are three-deep per age group with separate overall, masters, and grand masters awards.
