Registration opens February 12, 2026 and closes April 30, 2026. The registration fees listed are $30.00 for the 5K and $20.00 for the 1 Mile fun run. Race packets include a t-shirt with the race logo and additional swag; available shirt sizes are Youth X-Small to Large and Adult Small to 2X-Large. A no-shirt option is offered with a $5 discount. Shirts will be limited after June 30, with reduced selection.
Packet pickup takes place on the day of the event at Lockport Brewery. Awards for the 5K include top three overall female and male and top three female and male in age groups 14-Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. The 1 Mile awards are top three overall female and male. Awards are available at an award table and there is no award ceremony.
Proceeds support PGD (Project Grinch Dust), a local 501(c)(3) that supplies back-to-school clothes, shoes, backpacks and supplies, and provides Christmas gifts based on children’s wishlists. Sponsorship levels range from $250 to $5,000; the organizer notes every $300 received covers one child for back-to-school needs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
