While the course involves movement and activity, no participant is required to perform unreasonably heavy lifting.
Participation Details
This event is strictly for teams consisting of exactly two members. Registration is open to individuals aged 10 and older. Teams that include participants between the ages of 10 and 15 must have at least one teammate who is 18 years of age or older. Every participant receives an event shirt as part of their registration, which must be worn during the race with the provided bib.
The race utilizes a staggered start format with groups departing at five-minute intervals. Awards are presented across several categories, including the overall fastest team, the fastest male, female, and co-ed teams, as well as a prize for the best costume.
