Sport In Action 5K Series

Sport In Action’s Castle 5K, the final race in the series, is held at The Sheepmount in Carlisle, Great Britain. The 5-kilometre course combines park paths, pavements and quiet roads and is largely flat. Runners start with a Bitts Park loop, then head to Carlisle Castle for two laps before finishing near the Sheepmount Stadium grandstand.

The route is officially measured, with marshals guiding turns and reminders to watch for cars and cyclists. Race numbers are issued on-site, with risk assessments and maps available at HQ.
