Dalemain 10km Trail Run, Children's 3.3k & 2.3k Fun Run
The event comprises a main trail race and two children's fun runs held at Dalemain Mansion in Penrith CA11 0HB. The main race is a scenic two lap course around the Dalemain Mansion Estate. Routes are clearly marked and marshalled and medical cover is provided on site by St John's Ambulance.
Facilities at the venue include free parking, toilets and a cafe where light refreshments and hot drinks are available. The event raises funds for Jigsaw Children's Hospice and other good causes supported by Penrith Rotary Club.
Distances and age categories:
- 10km Trail Run 15 years or older
- 3.3km Children's Fun Run 9 to 14 years old
- 2.3km Children's Fun Run 4 to 8 years old
Entry fees listed are £20.00 for the 10km and £5.00 for each children's fun run. Medals are provided for all entrants. Commemorative medals or trophies are awarded to the first three finishers in the relevant categories. Entries open on 25 May 2026 and close on 3 October 2026.
