Sport In Action 5K Series

Sport In Action's Castle 5K – Race 4 in the Series takes place at The Sheepmount, Carlisle, Great Britain. The 5 km course uses a mix of park paths, pavements and quiet roads, with flat to gently undulating terrain and is officially measured. The start is near Sheepmount Stadium and the finish is on the Sheepmount track.

Registration opens at 17:30, with an evening safety briefing and prize presentations following the final finishers. The event offers overall and age-group prizes with a roll-down system, plus a risk assessment and route maps on display. Live results are provided by Timing Up North.
