AM Caravans Castle 5K Race 4 takes place on 12 August 2026 at The Sheepmount, Carlisle, Great Britain. The event lists both 5 km and 10 km options and shows entry fees starting from £9.00.

The course uses a mixture of park paths, pavements and quiet roads and is described as mainly flat with generally good surfaces. The route starts with a loop of Bitts Park, continues past Carlisle Castle where runners complete two laps, then returns to Sheepmount Stadium with a finish near the small grandstand. The 5 km route is officially measured.
Safety information notes that caution should be taken at all turns and that runners should follow marshal and race director instructions. A full course risk assessment, route maps and the measurement certificate will be on display at event headquarters on race day. Prize presentation for overall first to third male and female takes place shortly after the third finisher. Age group prizes follow a roll down policy and will be paid by BACS within seven days when applicable.
The organisers state a withdrawal policy that applies a 50% charge for cancellations made one month prior to the event and no refunds after that date.
