The Lake District 26
The Lake District 26 is an ultimate triathlon event held at Parkfoot Farm near Ullswater Lake, England’s second largest lake. The event offers two formats: a road triathlon featuring stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), road cycling, and trail running, and a mountain bike (MTB) triathlon combining SUP, mountain biking, and trail running. Distances vary with standard and long options, including SUP segments of 3K or 6K, cycling distances from 15K to 42K, and trail runs of 5K or 10K.
The scenic course showcases stunning mountain and lake views. Participants enjoy free SUP lessons before the race, and tickets include amenities like parking, a finisher’s medal, tech tee, timing, insurance, and a post-race beer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
