Sport In Action 5K Series

Castle 5K – Race 2 in the Sport In Action series takes place at The Sheepmount, Carlisle, Great Britain. The officially measured 5 km course uses a mix of park paths, pavements, and quiet roads, with flat to gently undulating sections. The race starts near Sheepmount Stadium and finishes on the track inside the stadium.

Participants can enter as affiliated or unaffiliated runners, with a Junior entry option. Information on the course and permits is available at the event HQ, and live results are provided by Timing Up North.
