Event Details
The Carlisle Tri Club 10K & 5K takes place at Carlisle Race Course. The event includes a 10 km and a 5 km race.
- 10 km: A road race using mainly quiet country roads, finishing directly in front of the racecourse grandstand. There is a water station at the halfway point.
- 5 km: A two-lap race that takes place on the tarmac track around the racecourse, free from traffic.
