Event details
The Pooley Bridge Wild Trail Runs take place on Saturday 13 June 2026 in Pooley Bridge, Lake District. The event offers two trail distances:
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles (21.1 km)
- 10 km - 6.2 miles (10 km)
Route maps are available to view and download. Routes are subject to change and the final routes will be emailed to participants a few days before the event. The event is Cani-Cross friendly: participants may run with one well-controlled dog, dogs must wear an appropriate harness and remain on a lead.
Event services and logistics
Live chip timing is provided by Timing Up North. All finishers receive a bespoke finisher’s medal, Wild Deer merchandise, and a snack. A custom event t-shirt is available as an optional extra for £12. On-site parking is available for £5. Registration opens 01/08/2025 and closes 10/06/2026. - Half Marathon: £28 + fee (380 places remaining)
- 10 km: £25 + fee (280 places remaining)
- Half Marathon with t-shirt: £40 + fee (39 places remaining)
- 10 km with t-shirt: £37 + fee (41 places remaining)
