Stop Me If You Think You’ve Heard This One Before
Stop Me If You Think You’ve Heard This One Before is the fourth volume of the SoBo Series. The event is Smiths/Morrissey-themed and takes place on the beachfront promenade at Southbourne, east of Bournemouth, with coastal views toward the Isle of Wight and Swanage. Costumes and themed accessories are optional.
The route is a flat, tarmacked out-and-back along the prom with no elevation gain. Laps measure 5.3 km (3.28 miles) and the course is officially measured and certified by the Association of UK Course Measurers, so it counts as a road marathon for relevant purposes.

All finishers of a lap or more receive a metal vinyl-inspired medal. Number pick-up is on the day at race registration before the event. An aid station at the start/finish of each lap offers drinks and a range of sweet and savoury snacks and there is an area to leave personal items. The event operates a cupless policy and does not provide plastic cups. Public toilets and showers are available along the promenade. TRA license numbers: 7410, 7411, 7412, 7413.
