Boscombe 10K 2026
The annual Boscombe 10K is organised by Bournemouth Joggers ladies' running club. It is a chip timed, undulating open road race with a fully marshalled route. The event includes a separate children's fun run that starts and finishes in the stadium. Entries close on 20 November and transfers are accepted until that date; there are no entries on the day.
Race facilities include refreshments and toilet facilities in the stadium. All finishers receive a race memento and there are prizes for individual age categories and teams. A photographer will attend and entry implies consent to possible publication of images. Numbers must be collected on the day and medical information must be completed on the reverse of the bib to assist in an emergency. Bibs must not be torn, folded or mutilated.
Entrants must be 15 years or over on race day; entrants under 18 require parental or guardian permission. The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs; dogs and pushchairs are not allowed. Headphones, including bone conducting types, are not permitted due to sections on open road. If the race is cancelled no refunds or deferrals will be available. The event is held under UK Athletics rules, UKA Full Race Licence ID #30930, Course Measurement Certificate of Accuracy 23/256.
