Overview

The Sizzling Soles Half-marathon is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2026. The event takes place at Mills School Park in Cary, North Carolina.

Course & Records

The course uses Mills School Park and the Cary Greenways. The event maintains course records for each distance, and a $10 gift code is awarded for setting a new record.

Participant Incentive

If the event reaches 500 total participants across the in-person and virtual 5K, 6.55 Mile, and 13.1 events, one male and one female participant will be randomly awarded a free year of entry to all Fit & Able-owned races.
