Sizzling Soles Half-marathon
The Sizzling Soles Half-marathon is organized by Fit & Able and takes place at Mills School Park in Cary, NC on July 10, 2027. The event offers both in-person and virtual options and includes family-friendly and exhibitor categories.

Sizzling Soles finishers receive a medal and gift for the 5K, 6.55 Mile, and 13.1 races; these items are guaranteed for participants registered by June 27. Virtual entries for the 5K, 6.55 Mile, and 13.1 include medal and gift shipping. Shirts are available for separate purchase.
The event lists a prize structure with over $8,500 in potential awards across overall, age group, special categories, and new course record prizes. Referral and team reward programs can reduce registration cost and provide event credit for qualifying participants.

Because this is a summer event in North Carolina, participants are asked to review the race hydration and heat disorders guidance and to prepare for summer conditions. The race offers RaceJoy features such as live GPS tracking, progress alerts, and send a cheer for remote spectators.
