SERVE Kelowna 5k Run Fundraiser
Organized by Resurrection Recovery Resource Society, this event raises funds for SERVE Kelowna and local recovery services. The initiative is scheduled in December with the explicit aim of supporting addiction recovery and family assistance during the holiday season.
The event takes place on December 13 at Mission Creek Regional Park. Activities include:

- 2 km walk with pancake breakfast
Funds support Freedom's Door, a men's recovery program offering mental health support, shelter, and faith-based recovery services, as well as the local food bank to assist families in need. The event describes a S.E.R.V.E. mission focused on serving with purpose, engaging the city, reaching beyond comfort zones, valuing every life, and encouraging lasting change.
