Argus Apple Triathlon
The Argus Apple Triathlon is a multisport event held in Kelowna, British Columbia. It takes place at Kelowna City Park on Abbott Street.
The event offers several race distances. Registration is available for:
- Standard Distance Triathlon: 1500 m swim, 40 km bike (2 loops), 10 km run (2 loops).
- Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim, 20 km bike (1 loop), 5 km run (1 loop).
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 300 m swim, 10 km bike (2 loops), 2.5 km run.
- Kids and Youth Triathlon with adjusted distances for three age groups (6-9, 10-11, 12-15).
- Standard Aquabike: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike.
- Junior Elite Super Sprint Race (BC SuperSeries), a draft-legal event for athletes aged 14-23.
- Relay for the standard distance.
The standard triathlon, standard aquabike, and sprint distance races also serve as the Triathlon Canada Age Group National Championships, with no prior qualification required.
