Fast Days of Summer 5000 and One Mile : Kelowna, BC
The event features two road races on the Rail Trail near Leckie Place and Dilworth Drive in Kelowna, British Columbia. The 5 km course is flat and certified (BC-2019-010-PTBA) and uses chip timing. The One Mile course is also certified for 2026 (BC-2022-019-PTBA).

All race proceeds and donations benefit the UBCO Heat cross country program. An untimed kids fun run will follow the One Mile and operates by donation. The 5 km is eligible for IRA 2026 points standing.
Race packet pickup includes an early pickup at Play Store, 101-1950 Harvey Ave, on Saturday September 5, and day of event pickup at the Rail Trail near Leslie Place and Dilworth Drive. Parking is available south of the start near Rusty’s Sports Lounge and surrounding lots. Registration closes September 5, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
