Brian Rhodes Memorial 5K : Kelowna, BC
The event takes place on July 1, 2026 at City Park in Kelowna and includes two course options.

- 1 km (kids)
The 5 km course is a flat out and back route along Abbott Street with long straight sections and gentle turns, turning around at the 2.5 km mark. The profile has minimal elevation change and a straightforward layout. The kids course is an out and back of 0.5 km each way, designed to be easy to follow; parents may run or walk alongside children.
Race bib pickup is available the day before at Play Stores and the morning of the event at City Park. Registration is online only and closes on June 30; there is no day of race registration. Finishers receive medals. Post-race refreshments, awards, and prize draws are planned, including items donated by local partners.
Event rules state that dogs are not allowed on the run and participants with dogs will be disqualified. Participants using baby joggers are asked to start at the back. There are no refunds. The event supports the BC Cancer Foundation and CA$2,403.32 has been raised. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
