Kaiser Permanente Seafair Torchlight Run 2026
The Kaiser Permanente Seafair Torchlight Run takes place on July 25, 2026 in Seattle and runs ahead of the Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade. The course uses the revitalized Seattle Waterfront and downtown streets, with the start and finish located at Pier 62, 1951 Alaskan Way.
The event features a 5K distance offered as the Torchlight Run. Each entry includes a 2026 participant shirt, a commemorative finisher’s medal, and a custom race bib with timing chip. There is one on-course water station. Gear check will not be offered.
Packet pickup is available the day before at the Brooks Trailhead flagship store and on race day at Pier 62 on the Seattle Waterfront. Online registration is available up until the start of the event. Parking is located throughout downtown Seattle; organizers suggest the lower Queen Anne neighborhood and advise parking east of Western Avenue and 1st Avenue because waterfront streets on the west side will be inaccessible and blocked by police prior to the event and until after the parade.
Volunteers support packet pickup and post-run swag distribution among other race-day tasks. The event lists Kaiser Permanente as a sponsor and notes additional Seafair partners and media partners involved with the broader festival weekend.
