Kaiser Permanente Seafair Torchlight Run 2026
The Kaiser Permanente Seafair Torchlight Run takes place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in Seattle. The event runs along the revitalized Seattle Waterfront and uses an all-new route through downtown, with the start and finish at Pier 62 on Alaskan Way. The run is scheduled to occur before the Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade.
The event is open to runners of all experience levels, including casual joggers, first-timers, and families. The primary distance offered is the Torchlight 5K Run. Each entry includes a 2026 participant shirt, a commemorative finisher’s medal, and a custom race bib with timing chip. Online registration is available until shortly before the event.
Packet pickup is available the day before at the Brooks Trailhead flagship store and on race day at Pier 62 on the Seattle Waterfront. Event parking is located on streets throughout Downtown Seattle; lower Queen Anne and areas east of Western Ave and 1st Ave are noted as possible parking options. There is one on-course water station. A gear check will not be offered.
Volunteers support packet pickup and post-run swag distribution and help with other race-day tasks. The event notes that no refunds will be issued; participants unable to attend may defer their entry to 2027. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
