Santa Run & Walk 5K/2K
The Santa Run & Walk 5K/2K takes place on Saturday, December 19, 2026, in Crown Point, Indiana. The event is based at First United Methodist Hall, 352 S. Main Street, Crown Point, IN 46307.
The event program includes these distances:
- 5K Timed 5K run on the streets of Crown Point.
- 2K Non-timed 2K run/walk on the streets of Crown Point.
Event features include finisher medals for the first 300 registrants, awards for top overall and top three in each age group, and post-event refreshments such as hot cocoa and Christmas treats. Carriage Court Pizza will be available after the event. The event supports local food pantries. Strollers are welcome.
Entry fees are published as follows: timed 5K $30 for adults; non-timed 2K and ages 3–12 $20; children under 3 are free. Race shirts are offered for an additional $16 through December 7. Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, December 18 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at the Methodist Hall and on the morning of the event starting at 7:00 am. Transfers are allowed through December 1. No refunds will be given for weather or other reasons. Any shirts not claimed at the event will be sold afterward. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
