Butterball Burner 5K Fun Run
The Annual Butterball Burner 5K Fun Run takes place on Sunday, November 22, 2026 in Homewood, Illinois at 2920 West 183rd Street. The event is presented as a community run and walk around the Thanksgiving period.
The event distance is 3.1 miles and it is a self-timed run/walk. All ages and abilities are welcome, and the event is described as suitable for family and friends who want to be active together.
Paid participants receive a commemorative long sleeve t-shirt and a medal. Registrations submitted after November 1 will still be processed, but shirts and medals cannot be guaranteed on race day; if the items are not available at the event they can be picked up later at the Park District once they arrive.
Packet pick-up is scheduled before the event at H-F Racquet & Fitness (2920 W 183rd Street, Homewood, IL 60430) on Thursday, November 19 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday, November 20 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, November 21 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
