Sanibel's Only 10K/5K Race
This community fundraising event for the nonprofit FISH of SanCap includes several in-person and virtual race options. The in-person events consist of a 10K, a 5K walk/run, and a kids’ fun run for participants 10 years and under. The races are part of the "Jog N Jam" event series, with a concert scheduled for a later date.
The 10K and 5K both start and finish at the Sanibel Community House, located at 2173 Periwinkle Way. The kids’ fun run is held at the nearby Sanibel Community Park after the main races and awards ceremony.
Each participant receives a finisher's medallion and a T-shirt. Awards are given for the top overall female and male finishers, as well as for first place in each age group, with prizes awarded to the top three in each category.
