Sanibel's only 10K/5K Race (Jog N Jam) : November 1, 2025
FISH OF SANCAP organizes the annual Jog N Jam fundraising run on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Sanibel, Florida. The event includes in-person and virtual race options and a separate kids' fun run for children 10 years and under. The race village is centered at the Sanibel Community House, 2173 Periwinkle Way, with the kids’ run held at Sanibel Community Park.

Event details
Entry prices listed for in-person races are $50 for the 5K and 10K, $55 for virtual 5K and 10K entries, and the kids' fun run is free. A $10 discount is noted for participants aged 16 and under. Each in-person runner receives a finisher medallion and a T-shirt. Awards include top female and male overall, first place female and male, and age-group awards three deep; these awards are available to in-person participants only and cannot be shipped. The race supports FISH OF SANCAP’s social services and community programs on Sanibel and Captiva islands. A related concert featuring the Ben Allen Band and a beach fireworks display is scheduled for December 6 at Tween Waters; onsite parking is limited, with overflow parking and bus transportation planned, and food and beverage available for purchase.
