Fort Myers Turkey Trot 5K

The Fort Myers Turkey Trot is the 47th annual Thanksgiving Day 5K run/walk organized by the Fort Myers Track Club in partnership with the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. The event is scheduled for 11/26/2026 and has a new 5K course that starts on McGregor Boulevard and finishes on the Edison and Ford Winter Estates.

Distances include:

100 yards, Tot Trot for ages 6 and under

Registration is required and there is no race day registration. Fees vary by date: Adult $40 through September 30 2026 and $45 from October 1 through November 25 2026; Youth $20 through September 30 2026 and $25 from October 1 through November 25 2026; Tot Trot $10. Fort Myers Track Club members receive a 20 percent discount on the entry fee.

Shirts are available for the first 4000 registered participants. The deadline to register online to be guaranteed a shirt size is November 01 2026. Shirts use unisex sizing and inventory is limited; once a shirt size is selected there is no exchange. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
