Registration options and fees are listed for two entry types: an individual 5K registration with a registration fee of $35 and a 5K family plan with a registration fee of $145. What to expect on race day includes professionally chipped timing, a 5K route through downtown Cape Coral, post-race bagels and coffee provided by Stuff a Bagel Cape Pkwy, and an awards ceremony. Donated food items earn raffle tickets and donated items are given to the Cape Caring Food Bank the same day. Age group awards go to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups include 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 plus.
