Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Three is part of a five-race summer series organised by Nice Work at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU. The race date is 10 July 2026. The event is one of five dates in the series: 08 May 2026, 05 June 2026, 10 July 2026, 07 August 2026 and 04 September 2026.
Course and route
Races take place within Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, which includes shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The course surface is described as tarmac and flat. The reserve can be windy; organisers note that favourable conditions may produce quick times. Detailed route maps and GPX files are available.

On-the-day entry fees, subject to availability, are listed as: 10k £25, 5k £20, Junior run £7. Early online offers in the event listing show lower prices for advance entries. Awards and inclusions
