Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Three
This event is the third race in a five-race summer series held at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex TN31 7TU. The course runs through a mosaic of interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons on the nature reserve. Conditions on the reserve can be windy; when conditions are favourable, the course may allow quick times.
Route maps and GPX files are available for download. Awards include bespoke medals for the 10k and 5k, a finisher medal for the junior run, and trophies. The full series has five dates in 2026: 8 May, 5 June, 10 July, 7 August, and 4 September. Full-series entries must be booked before the May race.

On-the-day entry fees are listed as 10k £25, 5k £20, junior run £7, subject to availability. Age limits are noted for some races; the 5k is open to entrants aged 11 and over on the event date, and the 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over on the event date.
