Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Three
This race is part of a five-race summer series held at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve in East Sussex. The reserve features interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons, creating a coastal landscape for the course.
The course surface is primarily tarmac and is described as flat. Wind can affect conditions on the reserve; when conditions are favourable, quick times are possible. A choice of race distances is offered at all series races except the September edition.

Included with entry are bespoke medals for the 10k and 5k, a finisher medal for the Junior run and trophies. On-the-day entry fees are listed as subject to availability and are shown for each distance. The series lists dates in May, June, July, August and September for the full set of races.
