Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Four
Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Four takes place on Friday 07 August 2026 at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU. The race is part of a five race summer series held at the reserve.
The course is on tarmac and is described as flat and fast. The route is accurately measured. The reserve landscape includes interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The site can be windy and favourable conditions may produce quick times.

Participants receive a bespoke medal for the 10k and 5k and a finisher medal for the junior run. Trophies are awarded and free parking is available. Route maps and GPX files can be viewed and downloaded. Event information will be sent to registered entrants before race day.
The full series dates in 2026 are 08 May, 05 June, 10 July, 07 August and 04 September. The full series option can only be booked before the May race. On-the-day entry fees, subject to availability, are 10k £25, 5k £20 and Junior run £7. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
