Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Four
This event is one race in a five-race summer series held at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU. The reserve covers a mosaic of shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The course surface is tarmac and the route is described as flat and fast. Windy conditions are possible on the reserve and may affect running times.
Route maps, including downloadable GPX files, are available for the course. The measured course aims to provide fair distance for competitors. A 1k junior run is included alongside the main distances.

Included items listed for the event are bespoke medals for the 10k and 5k, a finisher medal for the junior run, trophies and free parking. The full series takes place on dates across May to September and the full series can only be booked before the May race. On-the-day entry fees are shown as £25 for the 10k, £20 for the 5k and £7 for the junior run, subject to availability. Event information will be sent to registered entrants prior to race day.
