Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Four is organised by Nice Work and is part of a five-race summer series in 2026. The series dates are Friday 08 May, Friday 05 June, Friday 10 July, Friday 07 August and Friday 04 September 2026. This race is held at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU.
Course and route
The course runs on tarmac and is described as flat and accurately measured. The reserve includes interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. Conditions on the reserve can be windy; in favourable conditions quick times are possible. Detailed route maps and GPX files are available for download.

Entries and inclusions
Advance prices listed range up to £22 and a junior option is shown at £7. On-the-day fees (subject to availability) are listed as 10k £25, 5k £20 and Junior Run £7. The 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over on 07/08/2026; the 5k is open to entrants aged 11 and over on 07/08/2026. Included items noted for participants are bespoke medals for the 10k and 5k, a finisher medal for the junior run, trophies and free parking.
