Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Four
Race Four is part of a five-race summer series at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU, taking place on 7 August 2026. The event uses tarmac surfaces and is described as flat and fast, with an accurately measured course.
The reserve covers a mosaic of interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. Conditions can be windy on the reserve; if conditions are favourable, quick times are possible. Detailed route maps, including GPX files, are available to view and download.

Included for participants are bespoke medals for the 10k and 5k, a finisher medal for the junior run, trophies and free parking. On-the-day entry fees, subject to availability, are listed as 10k £25, 5k £20 and Junior Run £7. Entry eligibility notes show the 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over on the event date and the 5k to entrants aged 11 and over.
