Oliver Curd Charity Fun Run & Walk
The Oliver Curd Charity Fun Run & Walk is a charity 5 mile trail event on a point to point course from Crowhurst Park Holiday Village to Bulverhythe Recreation Ground in East Sussex. The route is nearly all downhill and runs through countryside terrain; as a trail race the distance is approximate and there may be livestock on the course. Running with dogs is prohibited.
The event supports The Oliver Curd Trust, which provides holiday accommodation for families affected by childhood cancer and other life threatening conditions. One hundred percent of each entry fee is donated to the trust while race expenses are covered by the event organiser, 1066 Trail Races.
At the finish line the hosts provide sandwiches, water, cake and beer. Spot prizes are available. A course map can be provided on request. Participants need to arrange their own transport or car share to complete the point to point route.
Entries open 2 February 2026 and close 9 July 2026. The minimum age for entry is 15. Entry fees published for the event include an early rate and an increased fee close to the event date with a separate on the day entry price. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
