Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Two
The Rye Summer Classic Series is a five-race running series held at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve in East Sussex. This entry in the series is scheduled for 05 June 2026 and is hosted on tarmac terrain described as flat and fast.
The reserve covers a mosaic of interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. Wind is possible on the reserve and favourable conditions may make quick times more likely. Route maps including GPX files are available for the course.
Distance options in this race include:
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 1 km junior run (not chip timed)
Participants in the event receive a bespoke medal; trophies and prizes are awarded to leading runners. Series entries are eligible for t-shirts while individual entries are not. On-the-day entry options are offered subject to availability.
