Event overview

Rye Summer 10k & 5k Series: Race Two is scheduled for 5 June 2026 at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU. The event is part of a five-race summer series held on the nature reserve, which includes shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The course surface is tarmac and is described as flat; organisers note it can be windy and that quick times are possible in favourable conditions.

Practical information

Entry options and prices listed in the event material range from £7 to £22. On-the-day entry fees are shown as 10k £25, 5k £20 and Junior Run £7 (subject to availability). The 5k is open to entrants aged 11 and over on 05/06/2026; the 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over on that date. Route maps and GPX files are available for download. Series entries include a bespoke medal and may include a T-shirt; trophies and prizes are provided for leading runners. The full series can only be booked before the May race takes place.
