About the race
Race for Life Hastings at Alexandra Park is a park based running event on Sunday 13 June 2027. The course runs on pathways around Alexandra Park with a mixture of hardstanding, woodland paths and a few inclines and declines. The start and finish are on grass, which may be uneven and can become soft or muddy in wet weather. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k course.

- 10k double lap of the 5k course
- 5k single lap around Alexandra Park
- 3k shorter route with a split point where congestion is possible
The event is chip timed. Facilities listed on site include refreshments and toilets; dogs are allowed and the site is suitable for pushchairs. Bag drop, showers and general parking are not available. Blue Badge parking is available on Dordrecht Way approximately 0.3 miles from the event site. The nearest bus stop is St Helen's Park Road and the nearest train stations are Hastings and Ore.
Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and a Race for Life finishers medal. The event organiser is Cancer Research UK and a minimum fundraising target is set at £50.00. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
