Hythe Bay Triathlon
Hythe Bay Triathlon is a Super Sprint Triathlon held at Hythe Swimming Pool, 36 South Rd, Hythe CT21 6AR. The event is in its eighth year and features a short pool swim, a road bike section and a seafront run. The scheduled race date is 14 June 2026.
Distances for the event:
- 250 m zig zag pool swim
- 16 km bike ride from Hythe up to Folkestone and back
- 5 km run along the seafront from Hythe to Sandgate and back
All entrants receive a goody bag and a memento. The organisers offer one year of free membership to Ashford Triathlon Club to entrants who have not been club members in the past four years; the club has coached sessions and theory sessions available to members. The listed entry fee is £47.00 and the current price is held until 31 January, after which a 5% increase will apply.
