Runtastic NEBO is a road race held in Payson, Utah, on the Mt. Nebo Loop, with all courses running down Payson Canyon and offering panoramic views of Mount Nebo, Utah Valley, and Utah Lake. The event includes multiple distances and a notably large net elevation loss on the marathon course.

The route follows pine-lined roads and sweeping curves along the canyon. Aid stations on course provide Re-Lyte, water, porta-potties, and first aid; several stations also offer GU fuel. Timing chips are attached to bibs and races are professionally timed. Free race photos are provided and pacers from Run Your Race will pace the Marathon and Half Marathon.
Logistics include an expo and packet pick-up at Memorial Park the day before the race, designated parking near Memorial Park, mandatory bus transport to the start for the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K with strict arrival requirements, and a bag drop available at the start lines with retrieval at the finish. Clothing drops on course are not permitted; unclaimed loose items may be discarded or donated.
Runtastic Events will donate a portion of each registration to the 2026 charity Addict II Athlete. Overall and age group awards are presented for the top finishers in each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
