Runtastic NEBO - Payson, Utah
Scheduled for August 29, 2026, Runtastic NEBO finishes at Memorial Park, 300 S Main St, Payson, Utah. The event uses the Mt. Nebo Loop and runs down Payson Canyon on roads lined with pine and sweeping curves, with views of Mount Nebo, Utah Valley, and Utah Lake.
The marathon route records a net elevation drop of 4,561 feet. All distances are chip timed and have aid stations stocked with Re-Lyte, water, porta-potties, and a first aid kit. Photographers capture images at the start, along the course, and at the finish; free post-race photos are provided.
Available distances:
- Marathon: 26.2 miles, net elevation drop 4,561 feet along Mt. Nebo Loop.
- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles down Payson Canyon with valley and lake views.
- 10K: 10 kilometers starting up Payson Canyon with aid stations and chip timing.
- 5K: 5 kilometers at Memorial Park with chip timing and finish area amenities.
Logistics include bus transportation to start lines for the marathon, half marathon, and 10K with no self-transportation allowed to those starts. A bag drop is provided at the start lines with pick-up at the finish; unclaimed items are handled by the organizer after the event. Awards include overall and age group medals and certificates.
