Runtastic NEBO : Payson, Utah
Runtastic NEBO is a road race held in Payson, Utah, on August 29, 2026. Courses run down Payson Canyon along the Mt. Nebo Loop, with views of Mount Nebo, Utah Valley, and Utah Lake. The marathon route includes a net elevation drop of 4,561 feet.
Distances offered:
- Marathon : 26.2 miles, 4,561 foot net drop
- Half Marathon : 13.1 miles along Payson Canyon
- 10K : 6.2 miles up Payson Canyon
- 5K : 3.1 miles starting and finishing at Memorial Park
The finish area and event hub are at Memorial Park, 300 S Main St, Payson, UT 84651. Packet pickup and the race expo are held the day before at the finish location; participants must present photo ID to collect packets and may pick up another runner’s packet if they have a copy of that runner’s photo ID. Same-day packet pickup is available for a fee at the Runtastic information tent.
Transportation to the start is bused for the marathon, half marathon, and 10K; self-transport to those start lines is not permitted. A bag drop is provided at the marathon, half, and 10K start areas with retrieval at the finish. Aid stations on the courses provide electrolytes, water, porta-potties, and first aid; GU Energy Gels are available at several stations. Professional chip timing is used and overall and age group awards are presented, plus finisher medals and race shirts for participants.
