Event Overview
The CRC Fort Worth Thanksgiving Day Run is a multi-distance athletic event held at Trinity Park in Fort Worth, Texas. The event provides a variety of course lengths to accommodate different levels of participation, featuring a fast and flat terrain. Participants can choose from the following distances:
- Half-Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles)
- 1 Mile Fun Run & Walk
Course and Logistics
The races take place at Pavilion #3 within Trinity Park. The courses are chip-timed by Cox Racing Services to ensure accurate results for all participants. Free parking is available at the race site for those attending.
Participants receive a long sleeve technical performance shirt and a custom finisher medal. Custom bibs are also provided for those who register by the designated November deadline. Packets, including event shirts and bibs, must be collected during early pickup at a local running store or on the morning of the event at the race site, as no packets are sent via mail.
Awards and Categories
Awards are presented to the top three finishers in multiple age brackets for both the 5K and the Half-Marathon. These categories include Overall Male and Female, Overall Master Male and Female, and five-year age groups ranging from 12 and under to 90 and over.
