Run to the Sea Brighton
Run to the Sea Brighton is a point-to-point 50 km ultramarathon scheduled for 8 May 2027. The course runs from Horsham to the Brighton seafront and combines mixed terrain, including trails and rolling downs, before finishing on the seafront promenade. The event is listed as a UTMB index race and is registered with ARC and TRA; it is held under UK Athletics rules.

The course is fully signed with arrows and a GPS route file is provided before race day. Organisers provide four feed stations at approximately 10 km intervals and offer the option to have individual food delivered to feed stations three and four. Professional medical support is present throughout the event. A generous 9.5 hour cut-off time is applied, measured from the earliest start.
Entry is available for individuals and two-person relays. Entry fees and early bird options are published by the organiser, and affiliated runners receive a small discount. Optional extras include an RTTS T-shirt and a squashable silicone cup. Additional logistics include bus transport from the finish to the start for a fee, a free 17-week beginner training plan, and free downloadable photos after the event.
