Winter Downs 200
The Winter Downs 200 is a challenging 200-mile continuous trail run held in South East England, starting and finishing at Juniper Hall, Dorking. Scheduled for December 10-14, 2025, runners have up to 96 hours to complete a giant loop encompassing five major trails: North Downs Way, Vanguard Way, South Downs Way, Wayfarers Walk, and St Swithuns Way. The course features 80% trail and 20% road terrain with 22,500 feet of elevation gain.
Participants face long stretches between three major aid stations offering hot food, sleeping facilities, and drop bag access. The race demands self-navigation with GPX files, mandatory winter gear, and is designed as a single-stage winter adventure with extensive darkness and undulating terrain.
