Run the Vineyards - "The 5K Waltz" is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Waltz Vineyards Estate Winery in Manheim, PA. The event includes a single organized distance: 5K. The charity partner for the event is the HEADstrong Foundation. Registration is required.
Race details
The 5K follows a scenic course through the vineyard with mountain and valley views. The race is chip-timed with instant results. Awards are given to the Top 3 overall and to age group male and female winners in these divisions: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years thereafter. The event is held rain or shine, with no refunds or deferrals.
After party and race extras
The on-site after party includes live music, a food truck, and a complimentary glass of wine for participants, with additional wine available for purchase. Included items and options: custom race t-shirts (adult, women's, and youth) with an optional upgrade to a women's racerback tank for an extra fee; a Run the Vineyards stemless wine glass; and optional souvenir finisher medals available for an additional fee. Free downloadable race and after-party photos are provided and a professional photographer will be on site. Volunteers receive event perks.
