Event overview
The Millersville Turkey Trot is a community running event held on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2025. The 2025 edition is the 53rd running and takes place at Biemesderfer Stadium on the Millersville University campus, 45 Pucillo Drive, Millersville, PA. The event includes a 5K run/walk and a Children's Fun Run with several short-course options.
Race format and logistics

- Children's Fun Run: 100 m, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile
The Children's Fun Run is free. The 5K entry fee is listed as $35 for the period shown. Runners and walkers are welcome; slower participants and strollers are asked to start at the back of the field to reduce safety risks. Dogs are not permitted on the race course. Packet pick-up is available the day before and on race day. The event schedule also lists children’s races, awards, and random awards taking place on race day.
