Run Sage Creek 2026
Run Sage Creek takes place on September 12, 2026 at Ron Duhamel Park, 265 Sage Creek Blvd, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. The event is organized by the Sage Creek Residents’ Association with community members. It offers multiple distances on a mix of road, sidewalk, and trails, in a family-friendly setting, with finisher medals for all registered participants.
The event is part of the MRA Youth Series and Celebration Series. The 5K is included in the Manitoba Runners' Association Classic Series and is certified by Athletics Canada as exactly 5K. Some races are chip timed while the 1K is not chip timed and is not exactly 1K. The 10K follows two loops of the 5K course and is not certified as exactly 10K.
Distances:
- 1K - mixture of sidewalk and trail, starts and finishes at École Sage Creek School.
- 3K - road, sidewalk and trail, chip timed, starts at École Sage Creek School.
- 5K - certified by Athletics Canada, chip timed, loop starting at École Sage Creek School.
- 10K - two loops of the 5K course, chip timed, not certified as exactly 10K.
