Run Sage Creek 2026
Run Sage Creek 2026 takes place at Ron Duhamel Park and throughout the Sage Creek neighbourhood in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 12, 2026. The event is an initiative of the Sage Creek Residents' Association and community members.
Distances offered:
- 1K: not chip timed; distance is approximate.
- 3K: chip timed; distance is approximate.
- 5K: chip timed and certified by Athletics Canada as exactly 5 km; part of the Manitoba Runners' Association Classic Series.
- 10K: chip timed; two loops of the 5K course; not a certified 10 km.
Many races start in front of École Sage Creek School and the 3K, 5K and 10K finish on the path between the school and Ron Duhamel Park. Course surfaces include a mix of road, sidewalk and trails. All registered finishers receive a finisher medal. The event also features food and vendors on site and lists volunteer opportunities.
