Superhero Run 2026
The Superhero Run returns for its 12th annual edition at Assiniboine Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Organized by the Madox’s Warriors Foundation, this event focuses on raising awareness and supporting critical research for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and other childhood brain cancers.
Participants have the opportunity to dress as their favorite superheroes while completing their choice of distance. The event brings the community together to support families and fund medical research. Registration is open for individuals as well as family teams.
The available distances include:
- 5 km Run/Walk
- 10 km Run
- Virtual 5 km (includes medal and bib)
Family or team registrations require a minimum of 4 members and can accommodate up to 10 participants. A discounted registration fee is available for children between the ages of 0 and 5. The event is supported by the Manitoba Runners' Association and Legends Character Rentals. Race kit pickup information is provided to participants through the designated event channels.
