John Wichers MRA Family Ice Cream Run #6
The event is organized by the Manitoba Runners' Association and takes place on August 26, 2026 at Bunn's Creek Centennial Park on McIvor Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
This is the sixth event in the MRA Family Ice Cream Run Series. The 2026 series includes events on July 8 at Crescent Drive Park in Winnipeg, July 15 at Hespeler Park in Niverville, July 22 at Transcona Trail Park City West CC in Winnipeg, August 5 at Morden Park in Morden, August 12 at Grant's Old Mill on Sturgeon Creek Parkway in Winnipeg, and August 26 at Bunn's Creek Park in Winnipeg.
Registration is available online and on site, and an entry form is provided for on site registration. Race day registration is offered during a limited window. Family registration for August 26 covers three to seven members and each family member must be registered separately.
Fees shown include processing charges: family CA$34.40 and individual CA$12.86. Strollers are welcome and dogs on a leash are permitted. All six events in the series are eligible for points in the 2026 MRA Youth Race Series. The event sponsor listed is Access Storage Winnipeg.
